Equipment that's ready when your people need it
We service, test and keep track of the beds, chairs, hoists, commodes, mattresses and trolleys your carers and clinicians rely on every day. Every unit labelled, every visit recorded, and a clear view of what's due next.
Scanned a mars label? The QR code on the unit opens its service record: when it was last serviced, when it's next due, and a quick way to request a service. No login needed, and nobody's details are shown.
Everything your equipment needs, in one place
One team for the equipment your care depends on, so it's checked, fixed and on record without you chasing anyone.
Planned maintenance, on the right cycle
Regular servicing for each type of equipment, so faults are found before they stop a shift.
Visits grouped by site
One trip covers a whole ward or site, booked around your wards and residents.
Electrical test and tag
Testing and tagging for the equipment that needs it, with the next due date kept on record.
Every unit labelled and on a live register
Each unit gets a mars label and a record with its serial, location and condition, confirmed by a technician standing in front of it.
Whoever supplied it
We look after equipment from other suppliers too. Tell us what you have and we'll confirm.
Replacement planning
We flag equipment that's worn, out of service or past its expected working life, so replacements can be planned and budgeted.
Repairs when something breaks
Report it from the label or give us a call. Our technician arrives knowing the unit's full service history.
Unsafe to use? Say so
Mark a unit unsafe when you report it and it comes to us flagged as urgent.
No surprises
Repairs found on a visit are quoted first, unless your agreement already covers them.
A signed report, every visit
What was checked, what was found, parts fitted and what happens next, signed off on site and saved against each unit.
Photos and checklists
Checklists built for each equipment type, with photos captured on site.
All your sites at once
An overview of every site and unit for account reviews and audits, exported to Excel.
The life of a unit with mars
Simple for your team, thorough behind the scenes.
Labelled and registered
Every unit gets a mars label and a record, whether we supplied it or not.
Visits planned
Servicing is scheduled on the right cycle for each type of equipment.
Serviced on site
Checklists, photos, parts fitted and a signature, all captured on site.
You see the result
A signed report, an up to date register, and the next due date set.

Annual
One agreement for the year, with visits scheduled across it.
Equipment we look after
Including equipment from other suppliers. Tell us what you have and we'll confirm.
Supporting you, to support others.
Crescent Healthcare was founded by a nurse, and more than four decades later that clinical understanding still shapes how we work. We work alongside your team as a partner, so the equipment is ready and your people can focus on care.
Good to know
Do you service equipment you didn't supply?
Yes, we service equipment from other suppliers too. Tell us what you have and we'll confirm what we can look after.
What can someone see when they scan a label?
The unit's number, what it is, when it was last serviced and when it's next due, plus a form to request a service. It never shows your organisation, your address or anyone's details.
How do we report a fault?
Scan the label and choose Request a service, or call us on 1300 04 05 06. If you mark it unsafe to use, it comes to us flagged as urgent.
What do we get after each visit?
A signed service report covering each unit: what was checked, any faults found, parts fitted and the next steps.
Can we get a picture across all our sites?
Yes. We can prepare an overview of every site and unit for your account reviews and audits, and export it to Excel.
Is our information kept private?
Your service records stay in Crescent's systems. The public label page shows equipment details only, never your organisation, your address or the people you care for.
